How much is shipping?

 

Shipping is based off the weight and dimensions of your order. 

TAXES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

All USA orders are shipped via UPS, USPS or Fedex. All international orders are shipped via UPS, Fedex or DHL. Carriers are selected based on the most efficient delivery. Please use signature service if you do not wish to leave your package unattended at your front door. We are not responsible for any lost packages if you do not request signature service. Please reach out to us if this is the case and we will file a claim on your behalf. International customers are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed during checkout. All California residents will incur sales tax as set by the State of California and/or the County to which your delivery will be shipped. Fraudulent Orders

Due to the high volume of orders and fraudulent orders we receive - if an order appears to be suspicious we will cancel and refund the order in full. 

DELIVERY

EXPEDITED SHIPPING METHODS DO NOT INCLUDE PROCESSING TIME.

You will receive an email from sales@riseandblossomclothing.com when your order has been confirmed. Purchased items will be shipped within 10 business days of the order, although most will be shipped within 3 to 4. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify sales@riseandblossomclothing.com

Due to COVID-19 please expect a delay of your order for an additional 1.5 weeks as the team has to stay in complaince with all the recent changes that are impacting business today thank you so much for your understanding.

 

 

Can I get a refund or make an exchange?

No refunds, exchange only.

Is there a way to contact you directly?

You can email info@riseandblossomclothing.com with any questions regarding your order. Some will reach back out via email in 24-48 hrs. 

I do not live in the U.S.A. Can I order online?

Yes.

 

Do my billing and shipping address have to match?

We require that your billing and shipping address match to prevent identity and credit card fraud.

 

My order was place successfully, but why I didn’t I receive an email confirmation?

During high traffic, there may be a delay in delivery of confirmation emails. If you have not received an email please refer to your junk folder. If you think you entered an incorrect email, please contact us including your order number and full name and we will resend your confirmation.
